 I was born and raised in Bassin Zim, Haiti’s Central Plateau, amidst the beautiful waterfall, caves, and mountains of that region.. I attended Haiti State University where I earned, in 1978, an engineering degree in agriculture. Later, I worked for and received, in 1993, a M.S. degree in Community Economic Development at Southern University of New Hampshire, USA.. I am fluent in Spanish, Creole, English, and French.
With experience in project management, community organizing and cooperative development, I am also active in my own Internet based business where I connect a community of buyers with small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. My experience in the Internet business has enabled me to bring together many home buyers and sellers.
